Boats + Bubbles Travel was born from a lifelong love of wine, travel, and the stories behind every bottle.
I’m Tammy Foshay, and my wine journey began in Sonoma in the mid-90s. Since then, I’ve spent decades exploring wine regions across the U.S.—from Sonoma and Napa to Willamette Valley, and right here at home on the Southeastern New England Wine Trail.
After Alan and I met in 2012, our shared love of wine and travel quickly became the heart of how we explore the world together. That passion eventually carried us overseas—and onto our first AmaWaterways river cruise with a wine club from the Russian River Valley. We were hooked.
In 2025, we brought that love of discovery home by opening Coastal Bubbles + Wine Bar in New Bedford, Massachusetts—creating a space rooted in community, curiosity, and unforgettable pours.
Today, we curate wine-forward journeys around the world—from Champagne to Portugal and beyond—designed for travelers who appreciate beautiful details, exceptional wine, and five-star experiences.
